By signing up for an American LED Pro Account (as defined in Section 1) or by using any American LED Pro Services (as defined below), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service”). As used in these Terms & conditions, “we”, “us” and “American LED Pro” means the applicable American LED Pro Contracting Party (as defined in Section 4 below). The services offered by American LED Pro under the Terms & condition include the selling of various products to buyers, whether online (“Online Services”) or through the store in person (POS Services). Any such services offered by American LED Pro are referred to in these Terms & conditions as the “Services”. You must read, agree and accept all of the terms and conditions contained or expressly referenced in these Terms & condition.

Placing Your Orders on the Site

  • All items and products purchased through the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such titles pass to you upon American LED Pro delivery of the items or products to the carrier.
  • If you wish to purchase products or services described on the Site, you just need to tap on the product and you can directly call us for placing order.
  • The reader must always exercise reasonable caution, follow current codes and regulations that may apply, and is urged to consult with a licensed professional if in doubt about any procedures or can mail us at our given email.
